Plans for the Spring river journey to Southeastern U.S. had to be postponed because of Covid 19. However it was a joy to take a small journey this past week closer to home to complete work with three Minnesota Rivers. We also hiked along Lake Superior, along the Brule River and a vista hike to the top of Blueberry Hill off the Gunflint Trail.
I hope to take the month long journey to approximately 25 rivers sourcing in Alabama, Georgia and Florida in the late Fall. In the meantime short journeys and projects at home have been deeply satisfying. I hope all of you are finding this extraordinary time an opportunity to reflect, enjoy nature, and pursue your passions.
